Thank you for shopping with Fezilo. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to returns and refunds for products purchased from our website.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on returning the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days(We will initiate refund instantly. But payment gateway may take maximum of 30 days).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team at at support email from contact page or use chat option in my orders section to arrange for a replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
